SVS 3000 Micro Review – Before you buy the SVS 3000 Micro, you may be wondering what to expect. We’ll take a look at its features, how it works, and which music genres it works best with. If you’re looking for an affordable, portable, and high-quality headphone amplifier, we highly recommend the SB-3000.

SVS has been producing subwoofers for many years that have received praise from many audiophile magazines and websites. They have a huge fan base that makes their presence known online and during live events on YouTube and Facebook. From performance to price, their products provide exceptional value for money.

Their top subwoofers are the SB16 and PB16 Ultra series; The PB is ported and the SB is a closed-box design, with 16-inch drivers and a 1500-watt Class D amplifier. With DSP control, they produce an incredible amount of clean bass even for the largest home theaters. Much of the technology used in the design of their premium subwoofers has been carried over to other series, the 3000 Micro being no exception.

What is the SVS 3000 Micro?

The SVS 3000 Micro features a 13-inch high-excursion SVS driver, a Sledge amplifier capable of 800-watt RMS and 2,500-watt peak power, and fully discrete MOSFET output. Its compact size and streamlined design makes it ideal for small room setups.

The SVS 3000 Micro’s control interface allows for easy configuration of the speakers’ crossover frequency and level. It also features a row of LEDs to indicate the settings. Users can even enable the Auto-on feature. Unlike some similar products, the SVS 3000 Micro does not come with a wireless kit.

The SVS 3000 Micro subwoofer features a unique design that combines technology innovations from SVS’ flagship subwoofers with exclusive innovations. The result is a subwoofer that sets a new bar for performance and value. Its ultra-low frequency response, room-shaking bass that’s well below human hearing threshold, and unparalleled accuracy and control make it a top choice for any high-end system.

Despite the diminutive size, the SVS Micro 3000 Micro packs punch with powerful bass. Its dual 8-inch woofers deliver a satisfying punch, and it features lifestyle-friendly finishes in Piano Gloss Black and Piano Gloss White. Unlike many subwoofers, the Micro 3000 Micro’s form factor is designed to blend in with its surroundings. SVS was careful not to compromise on sound quality in the process, and a compact design means the SVS 3000 Micro can be placed virtually anywhere.

What are the features of the SVS 3000 Micro?

The SVS 3000 Micro is a new subwoofer that belongs to the SVS 3000 Series. It shares the same 800W Sledge DSP amplifier with the SB-3000 and PB-3000, but is designed to drive smaller drivers in a smaller cabinet. As a result, it’s 27cm deep and comes with a modest badge.

The SVS 3000 Micro features a unique control interface that lets you adjust level, phase, and crossover frequency. It also has an optional wireless kit. The 3.5mm trigger and RCA line-level inputs allow for flexible connection options and a wireless kit allows for cable-free operation.

The SVS 3000 Micro offers unparalleled audio performance and is equipped with the latest technology in subwoofer design. It combines the innovations that make SVS flagship subwoofers a leader in the market. It offers room-shaking bass below human hearing thresholds, while delivering unerring control and accuracy.

How does the SVS 3000 Micro sound?

The SVS 3000 Micro is the company’s newest subwoofer, and it’s packed with impressive features. It uses dual 8-inch woofers in a highly innovative driver array. These drivers move in perfect unison, delivering pristine low-frequency output and crisp musical transients. The result is an incredibly powerful sound that you won’t find in other subwoofers.

The 3000 Micro features a 50MHz DSP chip that is controlled by the speaker’s amplifier. The chip implements a low-pass filter that improves frequency response. It also applies dynamic limiting to optimize low-end extension and output level. As such, it can easily handle a wide range of musical genres and acoustic environments.

The Micro features dual 8-inch drivers tuned in parallel, and it costs around $900. Despite its relatively low price, it’s impressively powerful and offers excellent low-end performance. I tested this subwoofer with Klipsch The Fives powered speakers and the results were impressive.

How good is the bass quality of the SVS 3000 Micro

The SVS 3000 Micro is a compact subwoofer that packs a punch. It boasts two eight-inch drivers and an 800-watt RMS amp. It’s the perfect size for small home theater systems, and it has top-notch customer support. It also sounds great and has an impressive build quality.

The SVS 3000 Micro’s unique design makes it one of the most impressive subwoofers available in the micro category. Its unique dual 8-inch drivers operate acoustically in parallel, moving in perfect unison, and deliver pristine low-frequency output and musical transients.

The SVS Micro 3000 delivers a deep, chest-pounding bass without the jarring hi-hats that accentuate some music genres. The compact design, which comes in Piano Gloss Black or Piano Gloss White, is designed to blend in with the rest of the room and not distract from the music. While the design is appealing, the SVS Micro 3000 Micro is expensive relative to its output. Some other SVS subwoofers offer more bang for your buck.

Although the SVS 3000 Micro is not the cheapest subwoofer on the market, it offers excellent bass. Compared to other subwoofers, it is more powerful, delivering up to 1,000 watts of RMS. The SVS 3000 Micro is not the smallest subwoofer, but it has more than enough power to fill a large room.

the features and sound of the SVS 3000 Micro

SVS makes some very impressive subwoofers, including the SB-2000 Pro and SVS 3000 Micro. These compact subwoofers are both powerful and affordable, with a price tag around $850 (including shipping). The SVS 3000 Micro is a great subwoofer because of its high-quality sound and compact size, and it looks good in most rooms. The subwoofer is also easy to conceal, making it ideal for small rooms.

The SVS 3000 Micro has an input panel with basic controls. Although this is meant to serve as a secondary input panel, it can also be used as the primary input. The unit also comes with rubberized feet to keep it stable on your desk. However, the input panel is not particularly attractive, and it can pick up fingerprints.

The SVS 3000 Micro features Bluetooth connectivity. It can be controlled through a smartphone app, which works on Apple iOS and Android. The app also helps users adjust the subwoofer’s volume and low-pass frequency and phase. It also offers a DSP-powered parametric equalizer. Users can store up to three custom EQ settings.

How to use the SVS 3000 Micro

The SVS 3000 Micro features dual 8” woofers. The dual-opposed configuration cancels mechanical energy, resulting in less mechanical energy transferred to the cabinet. The drivers have vented aluminum cones, aluminum dustcaps, and dual ferrite magnets. This combination enables the SVS Micro to produce accurate bass.

SVS also offers an SVS 3000 Micro with a glossy black finish. This finish can easily pick up fingerprints. Its compact size, 50 MHz Analog Devices Audio DSP, and 550 Watt RMS power make it a great budget-friendly choice.

The SVS 3000 Micro’s dual 8-inch drivers provide incredibly deep bass, and its unique design means it fits in any room. The dual 8-inch drivers also support the anti-resonance properties of the cabinet. Consequently, they eliminate the issue of micro subs dancing in the cabinet.

The SVS 3000 Micro has a Bluetooth smartphone app that lets you adjust its volume and EQ settings. The app is available for both Android and Apple devices, and features custom presets. To use the app, download the SVS DSP smartphone app and connect your SVS 3000 Micro to your smartphone. The app lets you set your volume and other settings, and features a DSP-powered parametric equalizer that lets you save up to three custom EQ settings.

The pros and cons of using the SVS 3000 Micro

The SVS 3000 Micro is a compact, yet effective subwoofer. It measures 10.9″ x 11.7″ x 10.7″ and features two 8-inch speakers on the side. This subwoofer is equipped with 50 MHz Analog Devices Audio DSP. Despite its tiny size, the SVS 3000 Micro offers epic sound and easy-to-use controls.

It can be used in a 2.1-channel system by itself, or it can be added to an active speaker. When used in a 2.1 system, it automatically recognizes the subwoofer and applies an 80Hz crossover. This subwoofer is great for mellow music.

The sound quality of the SVS 3000 Micro was impressive, even at higher volumes. While the low-end was a little muffled, the high-end remained well controlled. It was also comfortable at a 90+ dB volume level.

Out of the box, the SVS 3000 Micro comes with a detachable power cable and a quick start guide with five easy steps to get your bass up and running. They also advise on the best position. They also offer 24/7 help through their customer support. They seriously want you to enjoy your new submarine. The SVS 3000 Micro is

The first small subwoofer ever created. In fact, when I first saw it, it reminded me of Bob Carver’s awesome little subwoofer from the 80s. The True Carver subwoofer is an engineering marvel. Small, heavy and massively powerful, the driver will thrash wildly during explosive movie scenes with exits that will leave you reeling. Sure, it used to move around on the floor, but if you have a deep pile rug, it will usually stay put… most of the time. KEF also recently released a small dual-driver subwoofer (which I’ve never heard of), but it costs almost twice as much as the SVS 3000 Micro.

The SVS 3000 Micro weighs less than a true subwoofer, but the dual active drivers are opposed, keeping cabinet vibration to a minimum. “For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction,” said my science teacher

Ever said Indeed, I will lay my hands on the 3000 Micro during a

Movies and I often thought he was asleep because I didn’t feel any vibrations. It wasn’t until I put my hand on the grill that I felt the air movement that told me it was working. The cabinet is also very inert. Multi-layer lacquer paint leaves no visible joints on the surface. The amplifier is designed to wrap smoothly from the back down. The non-removable grille features an unusual indentation in the center to help break up the subwoofer’s rectangle, and is also designed to prevent tall tour drivers with an inverted rubber bezel from hitting the grille during strong bass sequences. Small feet are fine, but I prefer to rest my subwoofer (my other subwoofer is an RSL Speedwoofer 10S) on a foam pad to separate the subwoofer from directing its mechanical energy towards my oak floor. My wife says she rarely hears the bass during my listening sessions because she sits knitting right below my second floor media room. Happy woman, happy… audiophile.

To produce deep bass, you need to have a lot of solid internal volume or a lot of power, or both. The designers at SVS used amplification technology from the Ultra series. The new amplifier had to be designed to fit into a 10-inch cube with two eight-inch drivers taking up most of the interior space. The Sledge STA-800D2 amplifier with discrete MOSFET output is designed to fit into that compact space, with the amplifier’s rear panel wrapped underneath for a near-seamless fit.

Battle Of The Pee Wee Subwoofers…

On the back is a unique touch control that allows the user to select crossover, phase and volume. LED light bars provide a visual representation as you make adjustments. If you leave the 3000 Micro in standby mode, the light turns yellow or glows blue if it’s on all the time. You can also use the 3.5mm trigger to allow the receiver to turn the sub on/off when powered on. There are RCA line inputs and outputs along with an LFE input. For maximum setup options, SVS sells an optional wireless kit that I highly recommend getting as it gives you almost unlimited setup options. The proverbial icing on the cake is the SVS Subwoofer app, which you can download for free on your Apple or Android phone. The app does everything you can do manually behind a subwoofer, plus provides parametric EQ, room gain compensation and programmable presets. If you mess with a preset, just remember to hit SAVE, otherwise it won’t “stick” when you exit the app. At this price, having the app is a real plus! Only a few other companies offer this type of tool that works well and is easy to use. However, when I paired my RSL subwoofer with the SVS, I equalized everything through my Marantz SR 1650 receiver with an Audyssey MultEQ XT32. With the Audyssey Editor app ($19), I was able to equalize each sub separately and then add them together. I placed the submarine on the opposite side wall with the RSL one-third of the way down the left wall and the SVS two-thirds of the way down the right wall.

One of the biggest advantages of having a small submarine is the ability to place it where larger submersibles are not suitable. The SVS 3000 Micro, especially when used wirelessly, can be placed almost anywhere, and even if you put it outdoors, it doesn’t draw attention to itself. Black or white, the glossy finish is handsome and should not clash with the interior decoration. I’d be happy to get two of these in one big black box, both for their lower bass frequencies and more output over a larger listening area, and their ability to stay hidden.

First, I placed the 3000 Micro near the two front main speakers and called them using the app. Finally, I found that I placed it near the front right corner of my room, which allowed it to fit the corner, giving me more extension at the cost of being a bit too loud and noisy. I was able to reduce the thunder by lowering the hill to around 35Hz with the app. I got to where the sound was loud but not overwhelming during movies and music. I know there isn’t much musical content in most recordings below 40Hz or so, but I can feel the added effect in classical organ music, such as Bach

(BWV 582). This work of genius begins with a bass line melody that continues through 21 variations to a thrilling climax, which then launches into a fugue based on the original bass theme.

The Methuen Memorial Music Hall organ was once located in the Boston Symphony Hall where it was later purchased by the individual who built the building just to house it. The character of the organ is directly related to the acoustic space in which it is located, and the hall is designed in the form of a Gothic cross, which gives the organ a beautiful resonance. The 3000 Micro easily plays 32-foot main stalls and counter-bombers with grace and authority.

Using a test tone album, which I found on Qobuz, I was able to hear good output down to 25Hz. This is an impressive performance not only for the 3000 Micro, but also for most 12-inch subwoofers. The 3000 Micro won’t shake the foundations like its bigger siblings, but it’s no slouch either.

Then, I put the 3000 Micro on my side wall and run an Audyssey MultiEQ XT32 with an RSL subwoofer on the opposite side. They play well with each other and the resulting combination elevates my music and films to another level of height and dynamics. I know some insist that both subwoofers must be from the same company and manufacturer, but I find matching bass much more acceptable than mixing main, center and surround sound. With this setup, I was able to turn the RSL on and off to hear the comparison.

(Record 2L) and listen to some well-recorded samples in 5.1 surround sound. The 3000 Micro fills the sound which helps give the music some dimension and a sense of weight and space.
